There is a boy who is shy. He always hides his face with a red balloon, believing he is the most shy person in the world. In the bus, in class, on a picnic with his friends, he never shows his face. One day, the boy goes to circus with his mother where he lets slip the balloon. In chasing the balloon, he meets up with an elephant hiding his face with the missed red balloon. The elephant is also so timid that he can't perform as an circus member. Since the meeting the boy experiences some change in his mind.
